Do I have to use Chrome to use the browser extension?
For now, our extension is exclusively on Chrome. As of now, it is the most widely and universally used browser. We will keep all of our customers updated if we offer other browser extensions in the future. 1up’s web app can be used on any browser, however. We also offer add-ons for Slack, MS Teams, and Google Chat.
Can I manually type the questions?
Yes! If you have follow-ups or you’re looking for more depth, you can manually type in any question and get an immediate response.
Where do you get the answers to my questionnaire?
From you! When you sign up for 1up, you’ll specify your trusted internal documents. They will then become a part of your automated knowledge base for 1up.
Is my data safe with 1up?
Always. We don’t download your information, share it, or sell it to third parties. You maintain control of your data at all times.
