1up Raises $5.25M to Automate Knowledge for Sales Teams

TLDR: We just raised $5.25M from Upfront Ventures and Lightbank to empower our growing customer base of industry leaders like WalkMe, Gladly, Deliveroo, and many more. This is in addition to our previously raised $3.3M pre-seed round.

Try spending hours filling out a 200-row questionnaire outlining the technical details of your product. Or being put on the spot to explain what differentiates your service in the middle of a sales call.

Selling is hard enough. But in today’s hyper-competitive world, the best performing GTM teams are those that truly understand their products inside out.

Most companies, however, lack an easy way to deliver that knowledge across their organization.

Our users are automating RFPs they previously would have declined to respond to. They’re answering tough customer questions in seconds without distracting teammates. Some have shared that they’ve learned completely new things about their own products.

Even Infosec professionals tell us that 1up has strengthened the relationship between their sales and security teams. Coming from a cyber security background, we love hearing this.
