Plugins & Connectors

Browser Extension

Whether you’re answering sales questions in Slack, or responding to a web-based questionnaire, our plugins allow you to extend 1up anywhere.

The 1up Browser Extension allows you to generate answers to questionnaires in a web portal (like OneTrust, for example). Simply highlight any question and 1up will use your knowledge base to generate a response.

Slack

Expand 1up to your sales org by adding it to your company chat. Head to Ask 1up and choose your preferred messaging platform tool to integrate 1up:

Once that’s done, your teammates can get answers directly from 1up by tagging it in chat.

For Slack, users simply need to tag @1up.

You can also limit 1up to specific Slack channels.

In your 1up dashboard, head to your Settings -> Slack Settings and choose which channels you’d like 1up to respond in:

Microsoft Teams

Click the Teams button at the top of your Ask 1up tab. Follow the instructions on screen to connect 1up to your Teams Chat.

Once connected, users can tag @Ask1up or send a direct message to the bot like this:

Google Chat

Click the GChat button at the top of your Ask 1up tab. Follow the instructions on screen to connect 1up to your Teams Chat.

Once connected, users can tag @Ask1up like this:

Google Drive

1up is a Google-approved 3rd party application. Instead of uploading files to 1up directly, you can sync your Google Drive and 1up.

Files connected from Google Drive will be automatically synced to 1up when they are updated. 1up can only see specific files you select.

To connect, follow the instructions on screen:

Confluence

For Confluence users, 1up provides an Atlassian-approved 3rd party integration. Pages connected from Confluence will be automatically synced to 1up when they are updated.

First, click Get App to connect 1up.

There are 2 options for choosing which Confluence pages to connect.

Option 1: In your 1up dashboard, click Add Knowledge -> Confluence -> to display a list of available pages. You can select multiple pages to connect to 1up:

Option 2: Head to any page in your Confluence. Click the 3 dots up top and choose “1up App.” This will add the page to your 1up Knowledge Base.

SharePoint

For users with a SharePoint account, 1up provides a Microsoft-approved 3rd party integration. Sites, pages, and files connected from SharePoint will be automatically synced to 1up when they are updated.

Note: Selecting a SharePoint site will automatically ingest all pages within that site.

You can also connect files directly from both Confluence and SharePoint.
