It’s tough out there for a customer success team. We’re sales. We’re service. We work with sales and service. And it’s all on us, right?
It really is a roller coaster of emotions when working so closely with customers. We have to try to hold healthy boundaries and not let them down. Only to not close the deal… again.
We have to laugh so we don’t cry.
